Screen Management
Screen management is the process of organizing, grouping, and controlling multiple digital signage displays from a centralized dashboard.
What Is Screen Management?
Screen management encompasses all the tasks involved in organizing and controlling your fleet of digital signage displays. This includes adding new screens, grouping them by location or purpose, assigning content, and monitoring their status.
Core Functions
- Device registration — adding new screens using a pairing code or installation link
- Grouping — organizing screens by location, department, or content type
- Tagging — adding labels for easy filtering (e.g., "lobby," "floor-2," "meeting-room")
- Bulk actions — pushing content or applying settings to multiple screens simultaneously
- Status monitoring — seeing which screens are online, offline, or need attention
Screen Groups
Groups reduce repeated assignments. Instead of selecting every screen individually, you assign content to a group and verify that each connected member receives it after syncing.
