Request account closure in the admin panel or by email to contact@screenloom.com. An email request only takes effect once you receive our confirmation. Access continues until the end of your already-paid period, then stops. Within 24 hours after access ends, we email a ZIP archive containing your original uploaded files and account information, including screens, playlists, schedules and settings. After the ZIP archive has been sent successfully, customer data is permanently deleted from the system, except records we are legally required to retain.
