What Is a Room Booking Display?

A room booking display is a digital signage screen — typically a small tablet or 10–15" display — mounted outside a meeting room or shared space. It shows the room's current status (available or occupied), upcoming bookings, and may allow walk-up reservations.

How It Works

1. The display syncs with your calendar system (Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, etc.)
2. It shows the current or last-synced room status, such as available or occupied
3. Upcoming meetings are listed with time, title, and organizer
4. Some displays allow touch interaction to book the room on the spot
