1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScreenLoom's website and digital signage platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ScreenLoom provides a cloud-based digital signage platform that allows users to manage, schedule, and display content on screens across events, venues, and spaces. The Service includes web-based dashboard access, content management tools, and screen player applications.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Display content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
  • Infringe on any intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload to ScreenLoom. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Payment and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScreenLoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
