A room booking display is a digital signage screen — typically a small tablet or 10–15" display — mounted outside a meeting room or shared space. It shows the room's current status (available or occupied), upcoming bookings, and may allow walk-up reservations.

1. The display syncs with your calendar system (Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, etc.)
2. It shows real-time room status: green for available, red for occupied
3. Upcoming meetings are listed with time, title, and organizer
